REFUNDS

We stand behind our products (Web Hosting Services) and your satisfaction with them is important to us, so we make refunds if the user is not satisfied with our products. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  If 30 days have passed since the day of purchase of the product, we cannot offer a refund.

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • If the user has opted for the 30-day free trial
  • Domain Registration, transfer and renewal
  • PayPal Transaction fee
  • G suite

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us through our contact information, we will make a full refund of your money.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.
